We accept returns of unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:
1.Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to legal@nuncharhynn.com
2.Ensure that the jewelry is in its original condition, including packaging, and that any warranty cards, certificates, and accessories are included.
3.Return the item using the postal service or courier of your choice to the address provided within said period of 14 calendar days.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping!
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Items purchased during a promotional or sale event that is marked as final sale.
- Items that are marked one-of-a-kind.
- Items that show improper use, lack of maintenance or neglect
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
